International Presence Expected At Kind + Jugend
Celebrating its 50th anniversary, Kind + Jugend (www.kindundjugend.com) organizers expect a significant international presence at the Cologne, Germany show, held September 16-19. Suppliers from 40 countries will use the Cologne Exhibition Centre as a venue to make new contacts with buyers and trade dealers from around the world and to cultivate existing business relationships. A total of 101 companies will be from the UK. The Netherlands, Italy, France, Belgium, Australia and Spain will also be represented.
Additionally, Kind + Jugend will be enhanced by six country pavilions. There will be a national contingent from Spain, a Netherlands pavilion, the “I love Australia” contingent from Australia, a U.S. pavilion and a pavilion with Koelnmesse Taiwan and China. Following a successful debut last year, the Baby Product Association (BPA) from the UK is coming to Cologne with 30 participants and building on its partnership with Kind + Jugend. The Association of Spanish Manufacturers of Children’s Products, European Association for Children's Fashions and Welfare, Children's Fashion Europe, German Association of Toy and Game Retailers, and German Textile Retailers Association will also be present at the show.
