P. Graham Dunn Recalls Toy Rattles
Due to choking hazard, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and P. Graham Dunn (www.pgrahamdunn.com) issued a voluntary recall of about 500 wooden toy rattles sold in gift stores and book retailers nationwide from June 2010 through July 2010 . The firm is aware of four incidents of the metal rattle becoming exposed, and no injuries have been reported.
The wooden dowels can be installed at an angle, allowing the metal rattle inside to become exposed, posing a serious choking hazard to young children. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact P. Graham Dunn to receive a full refund.
